Session Photoshoot

Service Description

Session photoshoots include up to three wardrobe changes in 2 hours of shooting time. Travel is included within a 30 minute drive from Winston Salem. This does not include a Hair and Makeup Artist (HMUA), but one can be arranged if desired for an additional charge. Five high resolution fully edited digital images will be provided. Additional image products (albums, prints, cards, digitals) are sold separately to suit your individual preferences. Arrangements for a customized studio space can be discussed. Cancellation Policy

For all portrait sessions; a non-refundable $50 session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session. In the event of client cancellation, the session retainer fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling no less than 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. In the unlikely event that the COMPANY is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the COMPANY, the COMPANY will make every effort to secure a replacement. If a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of the retainer fee received for the booking. In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the COMPANY’s control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the COMPANY's liability is limited to returning the fees received for the booking. The COMPANY is not liable for the loss or damage of products subsequent to the final delivery of all products included in the package.
